FULL GDPR SUPPORT

Our Legal Office offers complete and ongoing support aimed at ensuring the Client’s compliance with procedures related to the protection of data processed in IT systems, in particular personal data protection according to the latest legal standards (GDPR 2018). Thanks to the substantive support of Our employees, it is possible to learn, understand and then implement procedures to fully protect the processed data.

As part of the ordered service, the client receives access to a delegated employee of the law firm to supervise the implementation of the above-mentioned documentation, including answering questions or doubts of the client, as well as the possibility of using cooperating specialists in the field of technical security in the infrastructure IT Customer.

As part of the provided services, our Legal Office offers :

  1. conducting audits to verify compliance with the applicable procedures and standards, taking into account the changes from 25.05.2018, the date of entry into force The Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to personal data processing and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) “GDPR”;
  2. preparing a full procedure along with the documentation covering, among others, the Security Policy, IT System Management Instructions, entrustment agreements for personal data processing, and drafting various mandates/authorisations, regulations, and guidelines aiming at preserving the necessary procedures related to personal data processing within the functioning of a given entity.
